The international superstar took to Instagram yesterday to announce that she will be releasing her first ever collaboration with Nike later this month.
Eilish shared “I am so excited to finally share my two Air Jordan silhouettes with you!! I’ve always loved @jumpman23 🥰 and it was such an incredible and surreal experience getting to create these, especially in a sustainable fashion”.
In her ‘Behind the Design’ Nike interview she spoke of her love for Jordans; the Air Jordan 15 silhouette being her favourite model due to its shape and wearability. She loves the way they feel and the fact that they’re gender neutral: “You can be whoever and whatever you want with these…”.
The Air Jordan Ko comes in a light lime green while the Air Jordan 15 is the polar opposite – a neutral beige tone. This is not surprising as her style is anything but ordinary or foreseeable. Both sneakers are 100% vegan and over 20% recycled material. They will be available on Eilish’s official store on September 27 and on Nike SNKRS on September 30.
