Magda Butrym has been making waves for a while now, gracing the bodies of the biggest names in the industry all whilst promoting a simple mantra: Be Your Own Muse. Uninterested in redefining what it means to be a woman, Magda Butrym has proven itself to be a pillar of empowerment for women as they are – a central ethos to the brand – second only perhaps to its commitment to its Polish heritage, using local Polish artisans and techniques to create its unique range of handmade pieces.
With its last collection featuring a wide range of knits, vinyl trenches and tall turtlenecks perfect for winter, this new collection includes florals, lace and sequins that are simply a necessity for spring 2023. Without further ado, welcome to The Pleasure Garden SS23 collection…

The collection includes a variety of different styles for different occasions. The most stereotypically Spring looks include intense floral patterns or floral detailing, as well as a very specific pink and lilac that’ll be a timeless element of any wardrobe. The black floral mini dress is perfect for any spring event you may have on the books, and the pink bodysuit and midi dress of the same tone are perfect for running errands in the city, simple but flattering, especially with the lilac rose heels.

The collection also includes a lot of spring classics in white, with an emphasis on lace and ruching. Lace flared trousers, a lace midi dress with a daring slit, a ruched midi with flower detailing and a simple swinging sixties halterneck with floral detailing on the hips. All the designs are clearly extremely flattering to the body with decisive detailing and strategic ruching and cutouts.

Finally, the collection includes some black tailored suit designs as well as a black evening gown with a hood and cut-out features that are absolutely perfect for any event. Tailored suits are one of the biggest trends of the season and this suit has the masculine effects of the broad blazer with the feminising effects of the flared trousers and floral lace-up top. The collection also includes a dazzling sequin ‘naked’ dress that’s extremely flattering both in shape and colour, as well as a sand-tone knit dress and a classic white silk midi dress.
