On Monday 10th of December the annual star-studded British Fashion Council’s Fashion Awards took place at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Celebrating the best of creativity and innovation, the awards recognise both individuals and brands that stand out within their field on a global scale. Winners include the amazing Richard Quinn for his eponymous label, who won Best Emerging Womenswear Talent, Pierpaolo Piccioli for Valentino winning Designer of the Year and Miuccia Prada who won the Outstanding Achievement Award.
From golden oldies such as Vivienne Westwood, who won the Swarovski Award for Positive Change, to innovative new kids on the block like Matty Bovan, the star-studded red carpet featured the very best British fashion had to offer. The dazzling night even featured a touch of Royalty with The Duchess of Sussex aka. Meghan Markle showcasing her baby bump in a beautiful floor length, black Givenchy gown.
