We’re just over halfway through New York Fashion Week and we’ve seen nothing but extravagant looks. Jeremy Scott collaborated with contemporary artist, Aleksandra Mir, who hand-drew headlines on denim and monochrome in classic streetwear fits. Area focussed on vintage inspired looks in a houndstooth print and Prabal Gurung showcased midi skirts, quilting and furry coats in pops of colour. Boss lady fits and sports luxe were merged into classic Brandon Maxwell’s signature tailoring and Tomo Koizumi showcased multicoloured fluffy ensembles that broke the internet, with only 30 days worth of preparation.
