At every Halloween party, there will be a variety of couples. The hot couple, the fun one, the ones who are trying too hard and the ones that are just too cool. Sucking on their elf pens or European cigarettes, this is the couple that that’ll ooze cool and probably be dressed up as some french whatever you’ve never heard of, but it’s easier than you think to achieve the look.
