The rise of makeup/skincare hybrids is evident in our shopping habits. The sales of foundation products containing a factor of 35 and above have risen by 73 percent over the last 6 months.
June Jensen, director at NPD UK Beauty, spoke with Harpers Bazar on how consumers are demanding more from their makeup. “The growth of make-up with skincare benefits demonstrates that today’s savvy consumers are looking for products that enhance the skin while protecting and perfecting at the same time.”
