While celebrity street style is still relatively scarce at the moment, we look back at Kaia Gerber’s best street-style moments that will help ease the transition from joggers to jeans. Consistently appearing in effortlessly cool looks on the streets of Milan and New York, we’ve compiled a list of some of Kaia’s top off-duty outfits that you’ll want to re-create this Spring.
Botanical Co-Ord
Kaia’s much-loved beanie and thin sunglasses were key in transforming this bold outfit into a casual streetwear look. A floral print jacket and trouser co-ord were paired with a black cropped turtleneck and golden chain bag for this look. The Doc Martens followed suit with Kaia’s chilled beanie.
Layered
Leaving a hotel, Kaia showed us how white trainers can blend in seamlessly with any look. Layered up in a black turtleneck, a black pinstripe blazer, and a black leather jacket, Kaia added sheer black tights and white sneakers perfectly offset the white in the pinstriped blazer. A simple black silver chain shoulder bag and a chunky silver wristwatch polished off the look.
Military Gold
Kaia’s tailored military green outfit was another perfect off-duty outfit. In a matching green mini skirt and military-style jacket, belted at the waist, Kaia paired black patent knee-high boots with oversized shades. Kaia’s bag and jacket effortlessly matched with their subtle golden embellishments.
Pinstripe Dressdown
For Paris Fashion Week, Kaia attended the Isabel Marant show in an effortlessly chic ensemble. In a pair of grey pinstripe trousers, a Versace tee, white trainers, and a black Supreme beanie. Kaia’s black jacket with leather panels adds a sense of chic to the cool look.
No After Party
Kaia’s combo of tights and trainers made a reappearance during New York Fashion Week. In a cropped black hoodie, black leather shorts, and a puffy black jacket, Kaia added a statement pair of Alexander Wang tights emblazoned with ‘No After Party’. A pair of red and white Nikes added a pop of colour to the streetwear.
Combat-To-Black
Leaving the MaxMara show in Paris Fashion Week, Kaia coolly donned a perfect street style look. A cropped white tee was the perfect simplistic element to compliment a black puffer jacket and some black leather combat trousers. A black belt bag, sunglasses, and pair of high-top trainers kept a modish element to the look.
Suited Up
On the streets of NYC, Kaia strode in a refined urban look. A black boilersuit with white accents was layered over a black hoodie and paired with Doc Martens. A strong black liner pulled the look together.
Supreme Vinyl
Kaia’s Docs made another return on the streets of New York. In a black graphic tee and blue high-rise jeans, Kaia’s Docs and Supreme beanie maintained her much-loved street style along with a puffy vinyl coat and a black belt bag thrown over her shoulder. A pair of cat-eye glasses retained a chic sense to the look.
Rose Tinted Glasses
Double denim was no longer a no-go after seeing Kaia’s street look. With a pair of frayed blue jeans, black heeled boots, and a belted leather jacket, Kaia paired her denim jeans with a small denim clutch bag slung over her shoulder. A pair of thin rose-tinted glasses complimented the large golden hoops which accessorised the look.
McQueen of Hearts
In another effortlessly cool ensemble, Kaia scooted around the streets of Paris. With a green checked blazer, cigarette black trousers, and high-top converse, Kaia accessorised with a cross body Alexander McQueen bag in a matching green shade and large black sunglasses.
NY Casual
On the streets of NYC, Kaia expertly dressed down a business blazer. In a pair of wide-legged ripped black jeans, Kaia paired the navy pinstripe blazer with a white crop top and sneakers. A simple black golden chained bag was slung across the body, and Kaia kept her blazer sleeves rolled up to maintain that effortlessly casual look.
