Maybe it’s the nip in the air as September settles to an end, or maybe it’s the fact that the world is always in a perpetual state of crumbling around us, but a little retail therapy is in order… Here are our picks of the best beauty launches to keep your eye on this fall.
Essie ‘Off The Grid’ Autumn Collection
A great way, and in our opinion, a truly underrated way to acclimate your style to the season is nails. Whilst they can be high maintenance, and perhaps you just prefer to get them done with your local nail tech, consider investing in some fall shades for those moments when a nail would really complete a look. Essies fall 2022 collection offers a wide range of shades from blues to greens to reds to nudes that’ll be sure to keep you covered this season.
Augustinus Bader’s ‘The Rich Cream’
We’re wary of any product that offers miracle changes, but sometimes you just have to have some faith in god (or in this case, Augustinus Bader). If you’re looking for stronger, more even-toned skin with a healthy glow, this is the product for you this winter.
Jefferee Star Cosmetics ‘Velvet Trap’ Fall Editon
Jeffree star has a bumpy reputation, but his makeup products have never faced much heat for a reason… With bold, berry lips back in style this fall, this Velvet trap fall edition lipstick set might be the best thing you buy yourself this season. Promising to be extremely pigmented and smell of creme Brule, this is certainly a very enticing fall launch.
Olaplex Broad Spectrum Chelating Treatment
The obsession we currently have with Olaplex is all-consuming, but also very warranted, and the good people at Olaplex HQ have just dropped a new potent purifying treatment for a deep clean that doesn’t completely strip your hair of its natural oils and sheen. This is a great product, especially for any city girls who might worry about the long-term issues of pollutants and heavy metals their hair might be picking up.
Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream
Charlotte Tilbury is obviously iconic, and she’s partnered up with someone equally iconic for the drop of her new ‘magic cream’, Lily James. The Pam and Tommy star looks radiant in the newest promos for the cream that’s said to plump, hydrate, smooth and get your skin glowing again. Since she never seems to have any misses, this product is a safe bet this season.
Colour Pop X Disney’s Hocus Pocus 2 Collab
The moment Hocus Pocus 2 was announced, Halloween heads have had no rest, and now they even have a colour pop collab for those looking for a gothic beauty investment as we go into the winter months. Set to have a jelly shadow, hair a 15-pan pallete, hair accessories, body powder, lip gloss and mascara – this is a perfect collab for anyone whos favourite season is all hallows eve.
Stella Mccartney: Stella Skin
There is nothing more quintessentially British than Stella Mccartney, and her newest line of clear-conscious skin products are sure to make you feel extremely luxurious this fall. This three-part launch is 99% of natural-origin and claims to be cruelty-free, vegan and refillable.
Le domaine Skincare
Brad Pitt is the latest celebrity to launch a beauty brand, and we’re just morbidly curious enough to see what’s up. Claiming to be for any gender, Le Domaine is made using grapes grown at Pitt’s vineyard in France, ’Chateau Beaucastel’, his products claim to be anti ageing and collagen boosting.
